PumpTok Privacy Policy

PumpTok is a Chrome extension and website that helps you turn a TikTok video you are watching into a coin on Pump.fun. This policy explains what the extension and pumptok.company handle, and why.

What the extension reads

• While the PumpTok side panel is open on tiktok.com, it reads details of the video on your screen: the creator's handle, caption, hashtags, sound name, like/comment/share counts and the video link. This is used to fill in the coin's name, ticker and description.
• When you press “Capture from video”, it takes a screenshot of the visible tab and keeps only the video area, which becomes your coin image. This only happens when you press the button.
• It does not read other websites, your browsing history, or anything on TikTok beyond the video you are viewing.

What is sent, and where

• pumptok.company: when you use AI image edits, the coin image and your edit request are sent to our server, which uses Vercel AI Gateway (and the AI model providers it routes to) to process them. When you launch, the coin image, name, ticker, description and links are stored so they can be used as the coin's public metadata, and the launch transaction is passed to PumpPortal and the Solana network.
• Your wallet: launches are approved and signed in your own wallet (for example Phantom). PumpTok never sees or stores your private keys or seed phrase.
• Anthropic (optional): if you add your own Anthropic API key in settings, video details and a frame may be sent directly from your browser to Anthropic to write coin details. Your key is stored only in your browser.
• Coins you launch, and their metadata, are public on the Solana blockchain and on the PumpTok Live coins page.

What is stored on your device

Your settings, an optional API key, and a list of your launches are saved in Chrome's local extension storage on your computer. Removing the extension deletes them.

What we don't do

• We don't sell or share your data for advertising.
• We don't use analytics or tracking in the extension.
• We don't collect your name, email, or wallet keys.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
